Temporary inbox window
The address, access token, and email content are used to display the current inbox and are cleared when they expire or are deleted.
Effective date: September 11, 2026
This notice covers QuickTMP temporary inboxes, persistent public-address workspaces, support channels, and website access. We process only the data needed to provide each feature.
The address, access token, and email content are used to display the current inbox and are cleared when they expire or are deleted.
Persistent access uses a receiving email address and a one-time code; no site password is required.
Necessary delivery records for persistent access are retained for up to 30 days to verify status and address abuse.
We do not sell personal data or build advertising profiles from email contents.
| Data | Purpose | Typical retention |
|---|---|---|

| Temporary email body and attachment metadata | Display incoming mail to the token holder | While the inbox is active |
| Login email and verification status | Verify access to the workspace | While the account is in use |
| Public address and delivery records | Route mail, show status, and troubleshoot failures | Up to 30 days |
| Security and access logs | Prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and investigate faults | Retained only as long as security requires |
| Support communications | Answer requests and record outcomes | While resolving the issue and for a reasonable follow-up period |
This policy applies to pages and features provided by quicktmp.com. Third-party senders, linked websites, and email providers have their own rules; we do not control their processing activities.
When you create an inbox, the service generates an address, access token, and expiry time. The token shows that the current browser can read the inbox and should not be shared publicly.
Email subjects, senders, bodies, and attachment information are processed only to deliver and display messages. We cannot guarantee that all remote images or unsafe active content will load.
The login email is used to send verification codes and receive forwarded mail. The public address, active status, and security settings are used to carry out management actions you request.
We process necessary data to fulfill your requests, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations. Optional features run only when you enable them.
Browser storage may save the temporary email token, address, expiry time, and login status so your session can be restored after a refresh. Clearing browser data also clears these local credentials.
Servers may record the time, request type, and limited network and device details to enforce rate limits, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse. Log access is permission-controlled, and retention is shortened when possible.
We may use infrastructure and email delivery providers to process necessary data. These providers process data only for service purposes and are bound by contractual and security requirements.
Infrastructure may be located outside your region. When data is processed internationally, we use applicable contractual and technical safeguards.
You can replace or delete a temporary inbox, pause or delete a public address, and clear local state. Requests to access, correct, or delete persistent account data can be sent to our support email.
The service is not intended for children below the age set by applicable law, nor for storing medical, financial, or other highly sensitive information. We may restrict access and take lawful action when misuse is identified.
We reduce risk through access tokens, protection in transit, permission controls, and abuse monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so do not use a temporary address as the only recovery method for a critical account.
We will update the date and post an explanation on the site when this policy changes materially. For privacy requests, contact support@quicktmp.com and provide enough information for us to identify the request.
