  • Create a separate public address for legitimate contact
  • Manage your own delivery records within the quota

Clearly prohibited uses

  • Fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, and bulk registration
  • Distributing malware, stealing credentials, or bypassing security controls
  • Infringing intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
  • Using the service for child exploitation or other unlawful content

1. Acceptance of these terms

Accessing or using the service means you have read and accepted these terms. If you disagree, stop using the service and delete any related local credentials.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough in your location to independently consent to online services and capable of complying with applicable laws. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms.

3. Service description

The service includes temporary inboxes, extendable windows, long-term public addresses, delivery records, and related security features. Specific features, quotas, and retention periods may change for operational and security reasons.

4. Temporary address limitations

Temporary addresses are not guaranteed to remain available, be recoverable, or be accepted by every sender. Do not link them to financial, medical, work, or other critical accounts.

5. Login and credentials

You are responsible for protecting email verification codes, access tokens, authenticator keys, and browser sessions. If you discover unauthorized access, sign out and contact support.

6. User content

Email content is created by senders, and users and senders are responsible for its legality. Using the service does not mean QuickTMP endorses, owns, or verifies that content.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful verification, testing, and isolated communications. You must not harm our systems, other users, senders, or third parties’ legal rights.

8. Automation and abuse

Without permission, do not scrape, load-test, create accounts in bulk, or evade rate limits. Unusual activity may be automatically restricted, and serious cases may result in immediate termination.

9. Third-party services

Email senders, links, and external websites are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or decisions to reject temporary domains.

10. Intellectual property

The site design, software, and original content are protected by applicable law. You retain rights to your lawful content, but must not copy the service brand or interfere with service identification.

11. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is and as available; email systems may experience delays or loss. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service is fit for a particular purpose and are not liable for indirect losses caused by address expiration, email delays, or third-party actions. Any liability that cannot be excluded remains subject to applicable law.

13. Indemnity and termination

If a third party makes a claim because of your unlawful conduct or breach of these terms, you are responsible to the extent required by law. After termination, provisions needed for security, disputes, or legal obligations remain in effect.

14. Changes, law, and contact

Material changes will update the effective date; continued use means you accept the updates. If you have questions about these terms, contact support@quicktmp.com.
